We distribute these items firstly to those who are street homeless in our community and contribute any remaining items to surrounding shelters or other community donation programs.. 

Each workshop is specially curated to increase knowledge, add awareness, and assist with preparing individuals for everyday encounters and experiences.

Change is Possible Workshop

This workshop teaches school aged

youth 11-17 about identity,bullying,communication, relationships, effects of drugs,alcohol sex and much more.

My Mind and Me Workshop

This workshop focuses on mental health and offers insight and strategy for a health mind which will increase ones everyday quality of life.

Health First Workshop

This workshop focuses on overall health, the body, common illness and disease and offers natural healing solutions that primarily come from our food.

The Artist Way Workshop

This creative workshop visits a variety of artistic ways of expression from coloring, painting, poetry and more. This workshop encourages individuals to look deep, find hope, and have fun. This workshop greatly benefits those who enjoy creative writing and are also in need of a healthy escape. 

Language Today Workshop

This workshop helps teach English to those who English is their second language. It assist with increasing speaking, reading, and writing skills.
